RESTORATION OF LESSEE'S PROPERTY. Without limiting Lessee's obligation to restore the Leased Property as provided in Paragraphs 14.2 and 14.3, Lessee shall also pay the cost to restore all Alterations and other improvements made by Lessee which Lessee elects to restore, including Lessee's Personal Property to the extent that Lessee's Personal Property is necessary to the operation of the Leased Property for its Primary Intended Use in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements.
