Common use of RESTORATION OF LESSEE'S PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

RESTORATION OF LESSEE'S PROPERTY. If Lessee is required or elects to restore a Leased Property as provided in Section 14.2 or 14.3, Lessee shall also restore all alterations and improvements made by Lessee and all of Lessee’s Personal Property, to the extent required to maintain the then current license of such Leased Property.

RESTORATION OF LESSEE'S PROPERTY. If Lessee is required or elects to restore a the portion of the Leased Property relating to any Facility as provided in Section Sections 14.2 or 14.3, Lessee shall also restore all alterations and improvements made to Lessee's Personal Property with respect thereto and all Capital Additions paid for by Lessee and all of Lessee’s Personal Propertywith respect thereto, in each case, to substantially the extent required to maintain the then current license of same condition existing before such Leased Propertycasualty.

RESTORATION OF LESSEE'S PROPERTY. If Lessee is required or elects to restore a the Leased Property as provided in Section 14.2 or 14.3hereinabove provided, Lessee shall also restore all replace such alterations and improvements made by Lessee and all Lessee's Personal Property with improvements or items of Lessee’s Personal Property, to the extent required to maintain same or better quality and utility in the then current license operation of such the Leased Property.
