Restoration of loss or damage to Project. Highway Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project Highway or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Maintenance from any cause attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project Highway conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.
