Common use of Restoration of Public Ways Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Public Ways. Grantee shall, at its own expense, restore any damage or disturbance caused to the public way as a result of its operation, construction, or maintenance of the Cable System to a condition reasonably comparable to the condition of the Streets immediately prior to such damage or disturbance.

Restoration of Public Ways. If in connection with the construction, operation, maintenance, or repair of the Cable System, the Grantee shalldisturbs, alters, or damages any Public Way, the Grantee agrees that it shall at its own expense, cost and expense replace and restore any damage or disturbance caused to the public way as a result of its operation, construction, or maintenance of the Cable System such Public Way to a condition reasonably comparable to the condition of the Streets Public Way existing immediately prior to such damage or the disturbance.

Restoration of Public Ways. Grantee shallIf during the course of the Grantee’s construction, at its own expense, restore any damage or disturbance caused to the public way as a result of its operation, construction, or maintenance of the Cable System there occurs a disturbance of any Public Way by the Grantee, Grantee shall replace and restore such Public Way to a condition reasonably comparable to the condition of the Streets Public Way existing immediately prior to such damage or disturbance.

Grantee shall, at its own expense, restore any damage or disturbance caused to the public way or Streets as a direct result of its Grantee’s operation, construction, or maintenance of the Cable System System, to a condition reasonably comparable in accordance with the Grantor’s specifications, provided such specifications are set forth in a generally applicable City Ordinance and/or Policy provided such specifications are required to the condition be met by all users of the Streets immediately prior to such damage and public right of ways or disturbancepublic places.
