Restraint Area. For the purposes of this clause 26, Restraint Area means:
(a) Australia, or (if that area is deemed unreasonable);
(b) New South Wales, or (if that area is deemed unreasonable);
(c) Sydney.
Restraint Area. The restraints contained in this clause 13 are binding on the Employee within:
a. Australia;
b. NSW;
c. Sydney.

Restraint Area. The undertakings in clause 11.1 apply only if the Restricted Business in relation to which the activity prohibited by clause 11.1 occurs is within:
(a) United States, Australia, Canada, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, China, Fiji and South Africa;
(b) United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa;
(c) United States, Australia and Canada.
Restraint Area. Within any current global Alta Global Group program territory, or if that is unenforceable in Australia, any state, territory or jurisdiction from which the Company operates, or if that is unenforceable, the state, territory or jurisdiction in which you predominately worked during the 12 months preceding the Termination Date.

Restraint Area. The Restraint Area is each of the following areas:
(a) Australia and New Zealand;
(b) Australia; and
(c) the States of Victoria and New South Wales.
Restraint Area. For purposes of this Agreement, “Restraint Area” means: (i) anywhere in the world where the Company or its subsidiaries conducts its business; (ii) the United States of America and Australia; (iii) the United States of America; (iv) Australia
