RESTRAINT OF TRADE. Upon the termination of this agreement the licensee will not operate either directly or indirectly in the management or control of a business, which conducts business of a similar nature to FunkyKidz Little Chefz Play for a period of twelve (12) months licensor’s. The Instructor’s acknowledges that this restraint is a reasonable one in order to protect the owner’s business systems.
