Common use of Restricted Activities Clause in Contracts

Restricted Activities. It is strictly forbidden to use the Service in violation of the Agreement, or for any illegal purposes including but not limited fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, without the consent or against the will of the cardholders or customers of the Client or other illegal activities. Client shall under no circumstances use the Service for activities or execution of transactions, which without limitation involve or may involve any of the following:
