Restricted Areas and Passage Permits. 6.2.1. Since the Airport constitutes a border crossing, and in view of the guidelines provided by the competent authorities, restricted areas have been defined within the Airport area, to which entry is permitted only to those to whom an appropriate entry permit has been granted. The entry to such areas and passage between them shall only be permitted with the entry permit.
