Restricted Use of Information. The County shall use the information obtained from GLO, pursuant to subsection A above, solely for the defined purpose stated in section II above. This shared information is considered both confidential and non-confidential information, but the County agrees to treat it as private, and to avoid the unauthorized use or release of such information unrelated to the defined purpose stated in this Memorandum of Understanding. It is the intention of the parties that shared information will be used strictly for the purpose stated herein.
Restricted Use of Information. Cerro Rico and its directors, officers, employees and agents will use the Information only for the purpose of assessing and furthering their own knowledge of the Company’s business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. Cerro Rico acknowledges that it, and its directors, officers and employees, are in a special relationship with the Company.
Restricted Use of Information. The Financial Institution understands that all data and information that it receives from LDR or its agent in connection with FIDM shall be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of FIDM. LDR understands that all data and information that it or its agent receives from the Financial Institution shall be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of FIDM and the eventual collection of funds owed by tax debtors or nontax debtors as those terms are defined in La. R.S. 47:1677.

Xxxx Xxxxx and its directors, officers, employees and agents will use the Information only for the purpose of assessing and furthering their own knowledge of the Company’s business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. Rangefront and its directors, officers, employees and agents will use the Information only for the purpose of assessing and furthering their own knowledge of the Company’s business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. Rangefront acknowledges that it, and its directors, officers and employees, are in a special relationship with the Company.

Bruno and its directors, officers, employees and agents will use the Information only for the purpose of assessing and furthering their own knowledge of the Company's business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. Bruno acknowledges that it, and its directors, officers and employees, are in a special relationship with the Company.
Restricted Use of Information. Both Parties shall keep all Confidential Information secret and confidential and, without limiting the foregoing, shall not disclose such information to any person except as otherwise expressly permitted by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement. It is understood that both Parties may disclose Confidential Information to those of its employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents (collectively “Representatives”) who (i) require such information for the purpose of the Transaction (but, to the extent practicable, only such part of the Confidential Information that is so required), and (ii) are advised of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information and the terms and restrictions provided for in this Confidentiality Agreement, and agree to abide by the same. Both Parties agree neither Party shall use any of the Confidential Information for any reason or purpose other than in regard to the Transaction or in any way detrimental to or competitive with either Party or their respective trustees, directors, officers, employees or agents (it being acknowledged that any use other than in connection with the Transaction shall be deemed detrimental). Both Parties agree to be responsible for enforcing the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement as to its Representatives and to take such action, legal or otherwise, as may be necessary to cause them to comply with the terms and conditions of this Confidentiality Agreement and thereby prevent any disclosure of the Confidential Information by any of its representatives (including all actions that either Party would take to protect its own trade secrets and confidential information). The term “person” as used in this Confidentiality Agreement shall include, without limitation, any corporation, company, partnership, individual, or other entity.
Restricted Use of Information. The volunteer agrees not to use any Chapter or AMA proprietary information that is obtained during his/her service with the DFW AMA except as necessary to complete or satisfy tasks and objectives directly related to role as a volunteer with the DFW AMA.

CONSULTANT will use the Information related to the Company’s Scope only for the purpose of assessing and furthering his own knowledge of the Company's business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. CONSULTANT acknowledges that he is in a special relationship with the Company.

Argentum and its directors, officers, employees and agents will use the Information only for the purpose of assessing and furthering their own knowledge of the Company's business and affairs in order to provide the services under the Engagement and for no other purpose. Argentum acknowledges that it, and its directors, officers and employees, are in a special relationship with the Company.
