Restricted Use. a. Recipient will use the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of the Evaluation. Recipient acknowledges that Confidential Information supplied by or on behalf of the Provider is the property of the Provider and the Recipient shall acquire no right, title or interest to such Confidential Information.
