RESTRICTION OF ACCESS AND USE OF OUR ONLINE TRADING FACILITY. 19.1. We reserve the right to suspend the operation of our Online Trading Facility, or any part(s) or sections thereof, at any time. In such an event, we may, at our sole discretion (with or without notice), close out your open positions, Transactions and/or Contracts at prices we consider fair and reasonable at such a time, and no claims may be entertained against us in connection thereto.
