Restrictions and Waivers. a. No job share will be permitted if the proposal adversely affects the seniority, layoff or recall rights of another Association member, inclusive of those on layoff. Exception: Said rights may be waived, in writing, by the affected member(s) and Association. b. Full-time teachers seeking part-time status shall sign a waiver/notice of loss of any contractual guarantee to return to full-time employment.
