Restrictions Applicable to Continuous Scan Mode Licenses. To the extent that Customer purchases any license that is designated a “Continuous Scan Mode” license (a “Continuous Scan Mode License”), as set forth in the Purchaser Order applicable to such license, Customer may execute an unlimited number of simultaneous Scans, provided that usage in any 24-hour period does not exceed the number of daily LOCs subscribed to in connection with such Continuous Scan Mode Subscription. Customer may use the Licensed Software under a Continuous Scan Mode License solely for Customer’s internal business purposes to Scan software applications developed or owned by Customer and under no circumstances may a Continuous Scan Mode License be used to provide services, including access to, use of or the benefits of the Licensed Software, to any third parties or to Scan any third party software applications.
