Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Employee give or be deemed to give the Employee any right to continued employment by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company.
Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. The granting of this Award does not entitle the Holder to any award other than that specifically granted under the Plan, or to any future awards under the Plan or any similar plan. The Award does not become part of the contract of employment or any other employment relationship with the Holder’s employer, and the Award is not a guarantee of continued employment. Moreover, the Award or any future awards do not become a term or condition of employment. The Holder understands and accepts that the awards granted under the Plan are entirely at the discretion of the Company and that the Company retains the right to amend or terminate the Plan and/or the Holder's participation therein, at any time, at the Company’s sole discretion and without notice. The benefits and rights provided under the Plan are not, and should not be considered part of the Holder’s salary or compensation for purposes of any other calculation, including calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy or other end of service payments, vacation, bonuses, long-term service awards, indemnification, pension or retirement benefits, or any other payments, benefits or rights of any kind, except as required by applicable law. The Holder hereby waives any and all rights to compensation or damages as a result of the termination of employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever insofar as those rights result or may result from: (a) the loss or diminution in value of any rights under the Plan; or (b) the Holder ceasing to have any rights under, or ceasing to be entitled to any rights under the Plan as a result of such termination.
Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan or this Agreement shall give the Participant the right to be retained in the employment of the Company or any Subsidiary or affect the right of any such employer to terminate the Participant’s employment.

In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued employment by the General Partner, AAM, the Partnership, the Operating Partnership or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Grantee, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give the Grantee any right to continued Employment by the Company, or any Affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company to terminate the Employment of any person at any time. The rights and obligations of any individual under the terms of his or her Employment with the Company or any Affiliate will not be affected by his or her participation in the Plan or any right which he or she may have to participate in it and the Plan does not form part of any contract of employment between that individual and the Company or any Affiliate. If the office or employment of the Grantee is terminated for any reason whatsoever (and whether lawfully or otherwise), the Grantee will not be entitled to claim any compensation for or in respect of any consequent diminution or extinction of his or her rights or benefits (actual or prospective) under any Award then held by him or her or otherwise in connection with the Plan.
Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan gives Employee the right to be retained in the employment of the Mondelēz International Group or affect the right of the Company or Employee’s employer if different, to terminate Employee.
Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder, or any provision of the Agreement, the Plan, or the Performance Plan, give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time.
