Deed of Conveyance. At closing, Xxxxxx shall deliver to Buyer upon Buyer's compliance with the term of this Contract, a duly executed Warranty deed ("Deed") sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer or Buyer's permitted assignee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the exceptions authorized in this Contract.
Deed of Conveyance. At the time of closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer an executed recordable Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the real estate to Buyer or his nominee, in fee simple, subject only to title exceptions permitted herein.
Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable Corporation or Trustee’s Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer or Buyer's nominee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter), to be held by the Seller's attorneys, and to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's compliance with the terms of this Contract.
Deed of Conveyance. Seller shall execute a proper deed sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer, or Xxxxx’s nominee, in fee simple, subject to exceptions permitted herein, and delivered to Buyer at Closing uponBuyer’s compliance with the terms of this Contract.
Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable trustee’s warranty deed sufficient to convey the real estate, including all mineral interests owned by Seller, to Buyer in fee simple absolute, subject only to the exceptions permitted herein, to be held by Seller’s attorney or agent, and delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Xxxxx’s compliance with the terms of this contract.
Deed of Conveyance. On the Conveyance Date, City shall convey to Entity the Property in fee simple by Deed in its AS-IS condition with no representations and warranties as to the conditions of the Property.
Deed of Conveyance. SELLER shall execute a Warranty Deed of Conveyance to BUYER, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, subject, however, to easements of record, apparent easements and all governmental rules and regulations. The Deed of conveyance shall be delivered to BUYER on Closing Date upon payment of the balance of the purchase price in a simultaneous transaction. Revenue on the Deed shall be paid by SELLER.
Deed of Conveyance. At the time of closing the Seller shall deliver to Buyer an executed recordable Special Warranty Deed or Deeds as to its interests, sufficient to convey the Subject Premises and its hereditaments and appurtenances to Buyer or their nominee, in fee simple, subject only to exceptions permitted herein. Buyer shall be responsible for the expense of recording the deed or deeds.
Deed of Conveyance. 10.1 The Board and BPHDCL through their authorized representative / signatory will execute the Deed of Conveyance and / or other documents for sale and transfer of the Said Apartment and Appurtenances upon fulfilment of the obligations of the Purchaser as mentioned above and the Purchaser is not in default in respect of any of his obligations as mentioned in this Agreement.
10.2 The Board and BPHDCL shall execute a Deed of Conveyance in respect of the Common Areas and Recreational Facilities in favour of the Association within 3 months of the date of issue of Completion Certificate by the Competent Authority or within 3 months of incorporation of the Association, whichever is later.
10.3 It is further expressly agreed that with effect from the Deemed Possession Date, it shall be deemed that BPHDCL has complied with all its obligations hereunder to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser and the Purchaser shall not be entitled thereafter to raise any dispute against or claim any amount from BPHDCL on any account whatsoever.
10.4 BPHDCL has appointed the Advocates for preparing and finalizing this Agreement, the said Deed of Conveyance and other necessary documents relating to the sale and transfer of the apartments in Avidipta- Phase-II. The Purchaser agrees to execute the said Xxxx of Conveyance and other necessary documents prepared by the Advocates without asking for any modification thereto.
10.5 In case of death of the Purchaser prior to the execution and registration of the said Xxxx of Conveyance in his / her favour, the legal representatives of the Purchaser shall be entitled to obtain in their favour the said Deed of Conveyance in respect of the Said Apartment and Appurtenances subject to production of necessary documents of representation to title as may be required by BPHDCL in this regard, including probate, letters of administration and succession certificate.
