Restrictions on Export. Customer may not remove or export from the United States or allow the export or reexport of the Software or anything related to a Platform, Software or Services, or any direct product thereof in violation of any restrictions, laws or regulations of any United States or foreign agency or authority.

Restrictions on Export. Buyer acknowledges that the Goods and any technical data related to the Goods may be controlled for export by the U.S. Department of Commerce or Department of State and that such items may require authorization prior to export from the United States or re-export. Buyer agrees that it will not export, re-export, or otherwise distribute the Goods or any technical data related thereto, in violation of any export control laws or regulations of the United States.
Restrictions on Export. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it shall not import, export, or re-export the Products or related Documentation to any country in violation of the laws and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction. Licensee further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Licensor harmless for any losses, costs, claims, or other liabilities arising out of Licensee’s breach of this Section. 2.8
Restrictions on Export. The Proprietary Information, in whatever form or medium disclosed, may contain technical data or articles controlled by the trade compliance laws and regulations of the United States, Canada or other jurisdictions. The CARRIER disclosing such Proprietary Information shall notify the receiving party of the controls applicable to the relevant Proprietary Information. The Party receiving such Proprietary Information shall not transfer any such data or articles in contravention of such laws, regulations and controls. CARRIER agrees to notify the BROKER immediately upon discovery of any inadvertent disclosure or unauthorized use of Proprietary Information and to promptly use reasonable efforts to prevent any further inadvertent disclosure or unauthorized use. Nothing in this section is intended to relieve CARRIER of any other obligations imposed upon it by these Terms and Conditions, or to limit any rights of BROKER to enforce such obligations.
Restrictions on Export. Recipient shall not export, directly or indirectly, any technical data acquired from Affinity pursuant to this Agreement or any product utilizing any such data to any country for which the U.S. Government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other government approval without first obtaining such license or approval.

Each party agrees that it shall indemnify and hold the other party harmless from all claims, demands, damages, costs, fines, penalties, attorney fees, and all other expenses arising from the failure of the party receiving such technical data hereunder to comply with this clause or the International Traffic in Arms Regulation and the Export Administration Act unless attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the party seeking indemnification. Each party shall notify the other of any suit instituted against it, and to the extent of its ability to do so, shall permit opportunity to defend the same or make settlement in respect thereof.

Restrictions on Export. A Receiving Party will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical data acquired from the Disclosing Party or any product utilizing any such data to any country for which the U.S. government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without-first obtaining (in each instance) such license or approval and only after receiving express authorization from the Disclosing Party.
Restrictions on Export. Buyer acknowledges that the Goods and related technical data and services related to thereto is or may be subject to United States (U.S.), European Union (EU), or national export control laws, regulations or the like, and agrees that it will not transfer, export or re-export the goods or any technical data, including without limitation any documentation, or information that incorporates, is derived from or otherwise reveals such, without complying with all applicable U.S., EU, or national export control laws, regulations and the like.

These regulations contain significant fines for violations. Both parties agree that it will not transfer any export controlled item, data, print process, or service, to include transfer to foreign persons employed by or associated with, or under contract to either Vendor or lower-tier suppliers, without the authority of an export license, agreement, or applicable exemption or exception. Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless TMI for any fines or other damages resulting from violations of any such laws and regulations by Vendor.
