Restrictions on prescribing by medical practitioners. 24.1 In the course of treating a Patient to whom he is providing treatment under the Contract, a medical practitioner shall not order on a Listed Medicines Voucher, a Prescription Form or Repeatable Prescription a drug, medicine or other substance specified in any directions given by the Secretary of State under section 88 of the 2006 Act as being drugs, medicines or other substances which may not be ordered for Patients in the provision of medical services under a general medical services contract but may, subject to Clause 49.1.1.2, prescribe such a drug, medicine or other substance for that Patient in the course of that treatment under a private arrangement.

  • Non-discrimination Based on National Origin as evidenced by Limited English Proficiency The Contractor agrees to comply with the non-discrimination requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 USC Section 2000d, et seq., and with the federal guidelines promulgated pursuant to Executive Order 13166 of 2000, which require that contractors and subcontractors receiving federal funds must assure that persons with limited English proficiency can meaningfully access services. To the extent the Contractor provides assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency through the use of oral or written translation or interpretive services in compliance with this requirement, such individuals cannot be required to pay for such services.

  • Transportation of Students Employees will not be required to transport students.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee The parties agree to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other federal, provincial or municipal health and safety legislation and regulations. Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Employer agrees to accept as a member of its Occupational Health and Safety Committee, one representative selected or appointed by the Association from the bargaining unit. Such committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions relating to occupational health and safety. Meetings shall be held every third month or more frequently if mutually agreed. The Committee shall maintain minutes of all meetings and make the same available for review.

  • Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade 1. The Parties hereby establish the Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade, comprising representatives of each Party.
