The Project Partners shall inform the Program Management Committee as soon as possible of any limitation to the granting of Access Rights to their Background or of any other restriction which might substantially affect the granting of Access Rights (e.g. the use of open source Software in a Project). Such information may at the signing of this Agreement already be provided in Attachment 4.
