Common use of Restrictive Period Clause in Contracts

Restrictive Period. The Restrictive Period, as set forth below, is tied to Executive’s years of service, consistent with Executive’s lump sum cash payment calculation, as set forth in Section 4.02(a): Years of Service Restrictive Period 0 through 7 (7 full years) 12 months 8 through 14 (14 full years) 15 months More than 14 18 months At its sole option, Ceridian may, by written notice to Executive at any time within the Restrictive Period, waive or limit the time and/or terms of the restriction.
