Common use of Result of Termination Clause in Contracts

Result of Termination. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment pursuant to Sections 4(b)(i) or (ii) above, Employee's estate or Employee, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to Employee's fixed salary as provided in Section 3(a) above for a period of one year after such termination. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment pursuant to Section 4(b)(iii) or Section 4(b)(vi) above, Employee shall continue to receive Employee's fixed compensation for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. In the event of the termination of Employee pursuant to Section 4(b)(iv) or (v) above, Employee shall receive no further compensation under this Agreement.

Result of Termination. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment pursuant to Sections 4(b)(i) or (ii) above, Employee's estate or Employee, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to Employee's fixed salary as provided in Section 3(a) above for a period of one year after such termination. In the event of the termination of Employee's employment pursuant to Section 4(b)(iii) or Section 4(b)(vi) above, Employee shall continue to receive Employee's fixed compensation for the lesser of (i) one year or (ii) the remainder of the term of this Agreement. In the event of the termination of Employee pursuant to Section 4(b)(iv) or (v) above, Employee shall receive no further compensation under this Agreement.
