Resurfaced Pavement and Base Repair Areas. DB Contactor shall design and construct mill and overlay and base repair on existing flexible frontage road pavement areas with approximate limits depicted in the Reference Information Document entitled, “Resurfaced Pavement and Base Repair Areas”.
