Common use of Retail and Licensee Stores Clause in Contracts

Retail and Licensee Stores. The Employer agrees that when a regular full-time employee wishes their days off to be consecutive they will be rotated so that they will have two consecutive days off at least once per month. Such consecutive days off will be either Saturday and Sunday, or Sunday and Monday. Where operational requirements permit an employee will be given the opportunity to elect their preference in this regard.
