Retail/Ground Level Articulation. Along South Atlantic Avenue at the ground level the building is being designed to provide class “A” retail and building amenity spaces. Ceiling heights for retail will be maximized and provide for flexible open commercial spaces. Facades will be articulated to provide a 6 foot wide Building Articulation Zone that permits bays, canopies and architectural elements to enhance the ground level pedestrian experience. Please refer to Exhibit ‘B’ to see delineation of cross sections for South Atlantic retail frontage to edge of curb design standard.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
