Samples: Architect Engineer Services Contract
Retainer. 1.1.1 COUNTY does hereby retain A/E to perform the PROJECTS/SERVICES as required by this CONTRACT.
1.1.2 A/-E has offered, and County has accepted, the Staffing Plan “Attachment C”, attached hereto professional services of A/E and incorporated herein by referenceA/E shall assign itself to the PROJECTS/SERVICES.
1.1.3 A/E may employ special consultants/contractors for the accomplishment of the PROJECTS/ SERVICES Projects/Services specified; and, it is agreed that only the firms or independent consultants/contractors identified in Attachment C may be employed by A/E to provide these PROJECTSProjects/SERVICESServices.
1.1.4 Consultants/contractors may be substituted and/or added by mutual written agreement of A/E and the Director, County of Orange, Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department (OCSD) Research and Development/Facilities Planning or his designee, hereinafter referred to as “DIRECTOR”.t
1.1.5 A/E's employment of independent consultants/contractors shall not relieve A/E from the performance of its own responsibilities pursuant to this CONTRACT. However, all consultants/contractors independently contracting with COUNTY shall be independently liable to COUNTY for the performance of the work pursuant to their agreements, and A/E shall have no liability for work by contractors independently contracting with COUNTY.

A/-E may employ special consultants/contractors for the accomplishment of the PROJECTS/ PROJECTS/SERVICES specified; and, it is agreed that only the following firms or independent consultants/contractors identified in Attachment C may are to be employed by A/E to provide these PROJECTS/SERVICES., and that the aggregate money value of their PROJECTS/SERVICES shall not constitute more than forty-nine percent (49%) of the total amount of PROJECTS/SERVICES required under this CONTRACT:
1.1.4 1.1.4.
