Retention and Attendance Bonus Program. Beginning January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, $3,000 Retention and Attendance Bonus for Correctional Officers in a classification listed in Appendix A of this Agreement will be offered each quarter. To be eligible, the employee must: 1. Have a Satisfactory or better overall rating on the employee’s most recent end-cycle PEP; 2. Must not have received any discipline in excess of a Level One Reprimand in the quarterly rating period; and 3. Have no more than 1 undocumented, unscheduled callout in the quarterly rating period. The quarterly rating periods reset each quarter.
