Common use of Retention Timing Clause in Contracts

Retention Timing. The Parties agree an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of each quarterly invoice attributable and allocable to Services [CONTRACTOR’s entire final quarterly invoice attributable and allocable to Services] (“Retention Amount”) as described in Subparagraph 15.8 shall be withheld by COMMISSION through ADMINISTRATOR pending the timely and successful completion and performance of each Fiscal Audit for the Services as described in Paragraph 14 of this Agreement.
