Common use of Retiree Dental Care Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retiree Dental Care Benefits. Employees who retire and are eligible for a pension and Retiree Health Care Benefit may elect to continue dental care benefit coverage for themselves and *eligible dependents through the Employer. The Retiree shall pay the full illustrated premium cost of such benefit through automatic deduction from the retiree’s pension benefit. Election must be made at the time of retirement; Retirees cannot elect said coverage at a later date. Retirees who have elected to continue dental care benefits will be provided the same benefits the Employer provides to active employees.
