Common use of Retiree Health Reimbursement Account Clause in Contracts

Retiree Health Reimbursement Account. Nurses will participate in the Retiree Health Reimbursement Account on the same basis as offered to unrepresented employees, provided they meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the Plan.
