Retiree Welfare Plans. HI does not maintain or have any obligation to contribute to (or any other liability with respect to) any plan or arrangement whether or not terminated, which provides medical, health, life insurance or other welfare-type benefits for current or future retired or terminated employees (except for limited continued medical benefit coverage required to be provided under Section 4980B of the IRC or as required under applicable state law).
