Retirement and Other Benefit Plans Generally. Throughout the Contract Period while Executive is employed by DDR, Executive will be entitled to participate in all retirement and other benefit plans maintained by DDR that are generally available to its senior executives and with respect to which Executive is eligible pursuant to the terms of the underlying plan or plans, including, without limitation, the DDR 401(k) plan for its employees and any DDR deferred compensation program.
