Common use of Retirement COLA Cost Share Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Resolution R-75-1592, effective July 1, 2013, in accordance with Section 31873 the contributions required for the normal cost of post-retirement cost-of- living adjustments shall be shared equally between the County and employees who are members of SJCERA.
