Retirement Savings Plan: Appendix "C. The benefits described in the Plan documents shall form part of this Collective Agreement as Appendix "C" for information only and the parties understand it is not negotiable during the term of this agreement. Furthermore, it is agreed that the benefits shall not be reduced during the term of the Agreement without the consent of both parties.
