Common use of Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executive officers generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employmentterm hereof, the Executive shall be entitled eligible to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company Corporation to the CompanyCorporation’s executive employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions terms of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s 's employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generallygenerally or to its executive officers, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of EmploymentTerm, the Executive shall be entitled eligible to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s executive employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions terms of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, which benefits will include without limitation health care coverage, vision and dental, and life insurance.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s executives and/or employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate participate, on a basis generally consistent with other top executives of the Company, in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and all fringe benefit plans and programs, programs and all other benefit plans and programs (including those providing for perquisites or similar benefits) that are made available by the Company to the Company’s employees top executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Period of Employment, the Company shall provide to the Executive the following benefits:

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe and any other employee benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees its executive officers generally, in accordance with the generally applicable eligibility and participation provisions of such plans at a level commensurate with his position, and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employmentterm hereof, the Executive shall be entitled eligible to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, programs made available by the Company to the Company’s similarly situated employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions terms of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of EmploymentEmployment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, programs made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s executive level employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees Xxxxxx’x then-current executive officers generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in any executive health plans and short- and long-term disability plans the Company may have in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generallygenerally or to its senior officers, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company Corporation to the CompanyCorporation’s employees senior executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time; provided, that the Executive shall not be eligible to participate in any new supplemental executive retirement program other than as provided in Section 4.2(b)(v).

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executive officers employed in the United States generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generallyexecutive-level employees, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s 's employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Period of Employment, the Company shall provide to the Executive the following benefits:

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executive officers generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During (a) Through the Period of EmploymentCommencement Date, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s executive employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, if any.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate participate, on a basis generally consistent with other employees, in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and all fringe benefit plans and programs, programs and all other benefit plans and programs (including those providing for perquisites or similar benefits) that are made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of EmploymentEmployment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programsprograms (which currently include medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan), and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executive officers generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may modify or terminate any employee benefit plan for its executives and its employees generally at any time to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable benefit plans.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made generally available by the Company to the Company’s employees generallyexecutive officers employed in the United States, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s similarly situated executives and/or employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

During the Period of Employment, the The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programsif any, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe and any other employee benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the generally applicable eligibility and participation provisions of such plans plans, and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, and the Company shall pay directly on behalf of Executive and his dependents for 100% of all premiums under Executive’s selected medical, dental and vision healthcare plans.

During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company Corporation to the CompanyCorporation’s employees senior executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s 's employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.
