Common use of Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in the retirement, medical, disability and life insurance plans applicable to senior officers of the Company generally in accordance with the terms of such plans as in effect from time to time. The foregoing shall not be construed to limit the ability of the Company or any of its affiliates to amend, modify or terminate any such benefit plans, policies or programs at any time and from time to time.

The Employee shall be eligible to participate in the retirement, medical, disability disability, long-term care and life insurance plans applicable to senior officers executives of the Company generally in accordance with the terms of such plans as in effect from time to time. The Subject to Section 4(c)(ii), the foregoing shall not be construed to limit the ability of the Company or any of its affiliates to amend, modify or terminate any such benefit plans, policies or programs at any time and from time to time.
