Retraction From Prepayment House Sales Contract and its Effects on Credit Agreement. Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to retract from a prepayment house sales contract at any time until the date of transfer or delivery of house (i.e. registration of the house being the subject of condominium rights in the land registry in your name, or registration of the house being the subject of construction servitude in the land registry in your name, and transfer of possession of the house in a habitable manner) without being liable to show any reason thereinfor. • If the right of retraction is used, the sales price paid by the Credit Customer is refunded by the seller to the Bank upon deduction of costs and indemnities set forth in the relevant applicable laws. After the tied loan is settled and closed in accordance with Articles 6 and 6.1 of this Agreement, the Bank will refund the remaining sales price, if any, to the Credit Customer. The Bank is not obliged to control and calculate the amount of sales price paid by the seller to the Bank or the amount of deductions required to be made by the seller pursuant to the applicable laws.   • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
