Amount of Deductions. The Union shall inform the Employer in writing of the amount to be deducted from each employee. The Union shall advise the Employer in writing sixty (60) calendar days in advance of any change in the amount to be deducted.

Amount of Deductions. Participants may contribute to the Plan only through Payroll Deductions in such amount or amounts as elected by the Participants in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof. The amount of Payroll Deductions shall be stated as a percentage of the Participant’s Salary, and may be in any whole or fractional (up to two decimal places) percentage of Salary, with a minimum deduction of Two Dollars ($2.00) and a maximum deduction of ten percent (10%) of Salary per pay period. In no event shall a Participant’s aggregate Payroll Deductions during any Plan Year exceed ten percent (10%) of his total Salary for such Plan Year.
Amount of Deductions. The Union shall withhold dues and other lawfully permitted deductions in such amounts as are officially prescribed by the Union or are otherwise established by the terms of this MOU.

If any of the terms of any Additional Notes are established by action taken pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors, a copy of an appropriate record of such action shall be certified by the Secretary or any Assistant Secretary of the Company and delivered to the Trustee at or prior to the delivery of the Officer’s Certificate or an indenture supplemental hereto setting forth the terms of the Additional Notes. The Initial Notes and any Additional Notes may, at the Issuers’ option, be treated as a single class for all purposes under this Indenture, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase; provided that if the Additional Notes are not fungible with the Initial Notes for U.S. federal income tax purposes, the Additional Notes will have a separate CUSIP number, if applicable.

  • Maximum Amount Payable The maximum amount payable under this contract without modification is shown in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Payment under this contract beyond the end of the current fiscal biennium is subject to availability of appropriated funds. If funds are not appropriated, this contract shall be terminated immediately with no liability to either party.
