  • Welder (a) The Welder shall when issued a specific job assume the role of a Welder and representative of the Employer and take the initiative to perform the work, according to the best practice of this industry.   • Search and Rescue An employee shall be allowed to take leave with pay to participate without pay and at no further cost to the Agency, in a search or rescue operation within Oregon at the request of any law enforcement Agency, the Director of the Department of Aviation, the United States Forest Service, or any certified organization for Civil Defense for a period of no more than five (5) consecutive days for each operation. The employee, upon returning to duty at the Agency, will provide to the Agency documented evidence of participation in the search operation.

  • Apprentice An apprentice is an em­ ployee who is in training to become a Jour­ xxxxxx Meat Cutter. Apprentices must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.   • Supervisor A.
