RetrieveAdditResolution Content and Format. This Web service method is the agency method used to retrieve the additional (secondary) resolution information that DHS has provided for a specific case number. This method should be used to retrieve the additional (secondary) information for a case that went to additional verification via the Agency3SubmitAdditVerif method. This method requires the user to supply the verification number of the case to be picked-up. This method may be called after a call to the GetNextResolvedCase method has returned a case number for an “unseen” additional response.
