Retroactive Adjustments to Enrollment. Anthem Blue Cross Life and Health shall credit Administrative Services Fees for each retroactive deletion up to a maximum of 60 days and shall charge Administrative Services Fees for each retroactive addition up to a maximum of 60 days.
