Return/Delivery of Xxxxxxx Money. In the event the Xxxxxxx Money is returned to the Purchaser, as provided in Section 9.1 above, or delivered to the Seller, as provided in Section 9.2 above, upon the return or delivery of the same, the parties hereto shall have no further rights, obligations or liabilities with respect to each other hereunder, except for the obligations specified in Section 5.2 and Section 11.2 hereof.
Return/Delivery of Xxxxxxx Money. In the event the Xxxxxxx Money is delivered to Seller, as provided in Section 11.2 above, upon the return or delivery of the same, the parties hereto shall have no further rights, obligations or liabilities with respect to each other hereunder, except for the Surviving Obligations .
