Return from family medical leave without pay. 18 After a layoff process affecting the employee’s classification has 19 occurred, employees who are on Family Medical Leave (FMLA/OFLA) without pay 20 immediately prior to returning to work will return to the position formerly held, and the 21 employee occupying that position will be reassigned according to seniority pursuant to 22 this article.
