Return of Documentation. Upon termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to Seller all title, geological data, reports, contracts, and maps and other information furnished by Seller to Buyer and all copies thereof.
Return of Documentation. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Consultant shall, at the option of the District, deliver all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and like documents generated by the Consultant hereunder.

Return of Documentation. Following a termination in accordance with Section 4.02, the Purchaser shall return, and shall cause all of its representatives and Affiliates to return, all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and all other information of the Group, any Group Member, the Seller, the Parent or any of their Affiliates provided by any Group Member, the Seller, the Parent or by any representative of any Group Member, the Parent or the Seller to the Purchaser or any representative or Affiliate of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and the Seller and the Parent shall return, and shall cause all of its representatives and Affiliates to return, all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and all other information of the Purchaser provided by the Purchaser or any representative of the Purchaser to the Seller or the Parent in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Return of Documentation. Each party undertakes within 7 days of receipt of a written request from the other party to return to the other party all documents and other materials in its possession, custody or control (including all copies of the same) that bear or incorporate any part of the other party's Confidential Information or, if so requested, to destroy or expunge any such Confidential Information (whether in any computer, word processor or other like device or otherwise in the possession or control of the Freelance Artist or any of its employees, agents, officers, representatives or sub-contractors) without retaining copies thereof.
Return of Documentation. Following termination of this Agreement, (a) all filings, applications and other submissions made pursuant to this Agreement or prior to the execution of this Agreement in contemplation hereof shall, to the extent practicable, be withdrawn from the Governmental Authority to which made and (b) Buyer shall return or destroy (and provide proof of such destruction of) all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments, books, records, materials and other information (in any format) regarding Seller provided to Buyer or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder other than as reasonably necessary to enforce its rights under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer shall be permitted to retain one (1) copy of all such information and materials in its law department or with its outside legal counsel, and Buyer shall be permitted to retain such electronic copies of all such information and materials that have become embedded in its electronic data systems through programmed backup procedures.
