Common use of Return of Employer's Property Clause in Contracts

Return of Employer's Property. On termination of employment, regardless of how termination is effected, or whenever requested by Employer, Employee shall immediately return to Employer all of Employer's property used by Employee rendering services hereunder or otherwise that is in Employee's possession or under Employee's control.
