Common use of Return of Other Engines Clause in Contracts

Return of Other Engines. In the event that any Engine owned by Lessor shall not be installed on the Airframe at the time of return hereunder, Lessee shall be required to return the Airframe hereunder with a Replacement Engine meeting the requirements of, and in accordance with, Section 10 hereof and Annex B hereto. Thereupon, Lessor will transfer to Lessee the Engine constituting part of such Aircraft but not installed on such Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.

Return of Other Engines. In the event that any Engine owned by Lessor shall not be installed on the Airframe at the time of return hereunder, Lessee shall be required to return the Airframe hereunder with a Replacement an Acceptable Alternate Engine meeting the requirements of, and in accordance with, Section 10 hereof and Annex B Exhibit G hereto. Thereupon, Lessor will transfer to Lessee the Engine constituting part of such Aircraft but not installed on such Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.

In the event that any Engine owned by Lessor shall not be installed on the Airframe at the time of return hereunder, Lessee shall be required to return the Airframe hereunder with a Replacement an Acceptable Alternate Engine meeting the requirements of, and in accordance with, Section 10 hereof and Annex Exhibit B hereto. Thereupon, Lessor will transfer to Lessee the Engine constituting part of such Aircraft but not installed on such Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.

Thereupon, Lessor will transfer or cause to be transferred to Lessee on an "as-is, where-is, with all faults" basis the Engine constituting part of such Aircraft but not installed on such Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.

In the event that any Engine owned by Lessor shall not be installed on the Airframe at the time of return hereunder, Lessee shall be required to return the Airframe hereunder with a Replacement Engine meeting the requirements of, and in accordance with, Section 10 hereof and Annex B hereto. Thereupon, Lessor will transfer to Lessee the Engine Table of Contents constituting part of such Aircraft but not installed on such Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.
