Common use of Return of Property and Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Property and Information. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all property of the Company in Executive’s possession, custody or control, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, software, devices, credit cards, data, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, materials, equipment, computers, hard drives, papers, books, records, documents, memoranda, manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, which belong to the Company or relate to the Company’s business and which are in Executive’s possession, custody or control, whether prepared by Executive or others. If at any time after the termination or resignation of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive determines that Executive has any Confidential Information or Company property in Executive’s possession or control, Executive shall immediately return it to the Company, including all copies and portions of the information or property.
