Return of Property Information. If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (a) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7D(1) that Seller delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (b) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7D(2) survives termination of this contract.
Return of Property Information. In the event this Agreement is terminated, the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Representatives shall promptly deliver to the Seller all originals and copies of the Property Information in the possession of the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Representatives.

Return of Property Information. In the event that the Closing does not occur with respect to any Shopping Center, the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Representatives shall promptly deliver to the Sellers all originals and copies of the Property
Return of Property Information. Upon termination of Prospective Purchaser’s negotiations or business relationship with Owner, Prospective Purchaser shall immediately cease to use the Property Information and shall return the Property Information to Owner or Broker and destroy all copies thereof.
Return of Property Information. If xxxx xontract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (i) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7B(1) that sellar delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (ii) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports (excluding economic feasibility studies) related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7B(4) survives termination of this contract.
Return of Property Information. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason other than a Seller default, Buyer and/or Buyer’s agents or representatives shall promptly deliver to Seller all originals and copies of all Property Information and copies of all third party reports and studies obtained by Buyer and/or Buyer’s agents or representatives (without warranty as to accuracy or completeness and subject to the rights of third party consultants preparing such reports) except Excluded Information and that portion of such information already in the public domain (e.g., title reports, matters of public record, filings with public agencies).
Return of Property Information. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Contract to the contrary, if this Contract is terminated for any reason whatsoever, then Buyer shall promptly deliver to Seller all Property Information provided to Buyer by Seller, including copies thereof in any form whatsoever (including electronic form) and if requested by Seller, along with any and all test results and studies performed by or on behalf of Buyer pursuant to ARTICLE 6 of this Contract, excluding any confidential or proprietary information or financial modeling or attorney work product. The obligations of the Buyer under this paragraph shall survive any termination of this Contract.
Return of Property Information. In the event this Agreement is terminated, the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Representatives shall promptly deliver to the Seller all or substantially all originals and copies of the Property Information in the possession of the Purchaser and the Purchaser's Representatives. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, a portion of the Deposit equal to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), which the Purchaser would otherwise be entitled to have returned to it pursuant to this Agreement, shall be held by the Escrow Agent until such time as the Purchaser has fulfilled its obligations under the preceding sentence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser shall not be required to deliver to Seller any internal memoranda, projections or financial information concerning the Property produced by or for the Purchaser, nor shall Purchaser be required to deliver any information or documents or the like prepared for Purchaser by counsel to Purchaser or by Purchaser's third party contractors; provided that any such material from third-party contractors, if not given over to the Seller, shall be promptly destroyed by the Purchaser. The foregoing deliveries to Seller are solely in response to Seller's concerns about the confidentiality of such information. Accordingly, Seller acknowledges that Seller is not entitled to rely upon any information or document or other Property Information which may be delivered by Purchaser to Seller.
