Return of the Reception Device. Unless the parties agree otherwise in the Contract, the Subscriber shall be obliged to return the leased Reception Device within 14 days after the Contract termination, at their own costs either in person at the Providers contact points the list of which is available at xxx.xxx.xx/xxxx-x- zakazniky/kontakt, or by means of sending it to the following address of the Provider’s distribution warehouse available at xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx. The same shall apply if the Subscriber has terminated the use of any particular Service and the Reception Device is used only for the reception of that particular Service. The Provider recommends insuring the consignment for the case of its damage during transport for the amount corresponding to the contractual penalty applicable to the relevant Reception Device, as specified in the price list. The Reception Device is considered returned at the moment of its delivery to the Provider. The Subscriber shall be obliged to return the device in due time and in good order, including all its components and accessories.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the End User’s customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises.
