Common use of Return to Duty after Absence Clause in Contracts

Return to Duty after Absence. Teachers who are absent shall notify the Adult Education manager before the close of a school day on the day previous to their return to duty in order that reserve teachers may be released before they leave the building. In case a reserve teacher reports for duty the following day due to the teacher's failure to notify the Adult Education manger, the reserve teacher will remain for the day and the teacher will forfeit the reserve teacher’s salary.
