Return To Former Position Upon Completion Sample Clauses

The "Return To Former Position Upon Completion" clause requires that, after a project or temporary use of a property is finished, the property must be restored to its original condition. In practice, this means that any alterations, installations, or modifications made during the course of the work must be removed or reversed, and any damage repaired, so the premises are left as they were before the project began. This clause ensures that the property owner is not left with unwanted changes or damage, thereby protecting their interests and maintaining the property's value.
