Return to Work on a Part-Time Basis. 9.4 Subject to this clause, an employee is entitled to return to work after maternity or adoption leave on a part time basis, at the employee’s substantive level, until the child’s second birthday. The days and hours for the part time arrangement will be as agreed between the relevant Chief Executive and the employee.
